- Manage service bookings, appointments, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and related documentation.
- Utilize computer systems and software to manage bookings, update databases, and generate reports.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or administration.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including working knowledge of relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
